  • What is Online Database?

    This is a unique tool, which gives you the opportunity to experience the benefits of the exhibition right now.

    The online data base allows you to start connecting and engaging with your industry before the event.

    You can start building new business relationships and create a personalised agenda, by adding conferences to your agenda, sending messages and creating a list of products and companies you’re interested in.

  • How to register in the Online Database?

    Complete the online registration on the website, making sure to fill in all of the fields. After that, you will receive an email notifying you about the creation of a personal account. Follow the instructions in the email to create a password. Then, upload an image and highlight your objectives at the show. This will help you generate more business opportunities.

  • What should I do if I do not get the message to activate my account?

    Usually this message arrives within 72 hours. Make sure that you have completed the online registration. If you did not receive the email, please contact us at support@reedexpo.ru. In the subject line write "Help to log in" and include in the email, the exhibition name, your user name and the email address used when registering.

  • How do you know your username?

    After registering on the website, you'll receive your username in the notification email. If you cannot remember your username, click on the link "Forgotten your user name?" on the "Login/Register" page.

    As a rule, this is your email address or name in the format: firstname.lastname.

  • How to change your user name and password?

    Unfortunately, the username cannot be changed. It is assigned by the system automatically after registration. The password can be changed at any time by clicking on the "Activate your account or reset your password" on the Login page.

  • What should I do if I forgot my username?

    On the "Login" page press the link "Forgot your username?". Next, enter the e-mail address that you used when registering. After that, you will receive an email, which will provide your username.

  • What if I forgot my password?

    Click the link "Activate your account or reset your password" on the “Login” page. Then, enter the username. You should receive an email with a link, which you can click to create a new password.

  • I have a username and password from a previous exhibition. Can I use the old password to login?

    In any case you must register online at the exhibition website, after this your account will be activated and you will get access to the exhibition. If you want to continue working in a previous account, use the same email address when registering, which you used for the previous exhibition.

  • I have credentials for the other Reed Exhibitions event. Can I use them in this exhibition?

    In any case you must register online at the exhibition website, after this your account will be activated and you will get access to the exhibition. If you want to continue working in a previous account, use the same email address when registering, which you used for the other exhibition.

  • How to hide your email address from other users of the online catalog?

    Initially, your e-mail address is hidden from all users.  However, please note that the e-mail address will be visible to the companies that you send a message to from your account.

  • How to send a message to a company?

    Go to the upper right corner of the webpage and click "Login / Register". Go to the online catalogue. Choose a company or employee, click on the "Messages" icon >> Fill in the form below it and click SEND.

  • How to set up an appointment with the company?

    Only an employee can set up an appointment. Near the companies that have added a contact person for communication, appears an icon "Delegate” .

    To activate this function and set up an appointment, sign in to the participant account >> Click on "Calendar" icon >> Select a convenient time for you >> fill in the form, not forgetting to specify the purpose of the meeting, and click "Send request".

    Please note that the meeting will appear in your personal calendar only after the delegate accepts your invitation.

  • What is the Calendar?

    Your personal calendar includes confirmed meetings and  the short list of conferences. For your convenience, you can print the calendar at any time by pressing the button "Download in PDF"

  • What is My Plan?

    "My plan" contains a list of selected items (products, companies and conferences that you add to the "Favorites"), as well as the plan of the exhibition. Please note that for your convenience, you can print "My plan" at any time by pressing the button

    We recommend that you print the exhibition plan the day before the exhibition, in order for it to be up-to-date as possible.

  • How do I add favorites?

    If you want to add the Company, employees, products or services to “Favourite”, you need to click on the icon "Star". After this your selected object will appear in "My Plan".

  • How to search for companies?

    To search you can use the filter or the search box.

  • I have a problem with the site map

    The exhibition website is supported by most modern browsers. Some difficulties using the site can occur when using older versions of Internet Explorer 6 and 7. 

    In order to make accessing the site as convenient and comfortable as possible, please use the latest versions of browsers.
